With great pride we can announce to everyone that as of December 17th, 2008 we are a bona fide society. Our full name is the Urbantastic Civic Association, but we’ll be referring to ourselves as Urbantastic for short still (unless we feel called to act in a more formal manner). Further steps will now be taken to achieve charitable status for income tax purposes.

Thank you everyone who helped to form this fledgling non-profit entity. Here’s to a great start to 2009!
